Reduced fees may be available on a limited basis. I strive to make therapy an accessible resource.
I am not considered an in-network provider for any insurance company, although I am in the process of doing so. It is your responsibility to verify your out-of-network mental health care benefits.
As an Out of Network provider, I am happy to either provide you with a super bill to submit to your insurance company with all information necessary for reimbursement. Or, I can courtesy bill on your behalf, and have reimbursement sent directly to you. Under both options, I do require the full session fee to be paid up front.
Below are some questions you might find useful in assessing your coverage:
-What outpatient mental health benefits do I have?
-What is my deductible?
-How many sessions per year does my insurance plan cover? Is there a maximum?
-Does my plan cover a portion of services from an out-of-network provider?
-What is the coverage amount per session?
-Do I need to submit any prior approval for services?
-(If applicable): Do my mental health benefits cover telehealth?
Payment may be made at the beginning of your appointment by check, cash, or credit card (Paypal) through this website.
Cancellation of Appointment:
Please notify me as soon as you become aware of needing to cancel your appointment. If you do not notify me within 24 hours of your appointment, you may be charged the full session fee. I realize we all have life things that come up and are outside of our control. I try my best to exercise grace with this. I’ll also try to fill the appointment time, and if I can, I won’t charge you.
